Certification Process

Before applying for the Penrose Certification Program applicants must first purchase and pass the Gold Standard Background Check and Drug Test.

Once the check and test have been passed, you will receive an email with log-in information for the FREE Penrose Certification Program. You will have 30 days from the date you receive the email to complete the program. Otherwise, you will need to repurchase the background check and begin the process again.

Once you have completed the program, you are PenroseCertified® and able to upload your profile on the Penrose Check-In App so that clients can select you as their auditor!

Each year, PenroseCertified Senior Care Auditors must complete a new background check and become re-certified.
